I'm joining Team Active Minds and making my miles matter at the San Francisco Marathon! I hope you'll join me in supporting youth and young adult mental health nationwide!
By fundraising for Active Minds, I am showing the people in my life that their mental health matters, that we should be open about our mental health, and they should be able to seek the care they need.
Active Minds is dedicated to saving lives and building stronger families and communities. Through education, research, advocacy, and a focus on young adults ages 14–25, Active Minds is opening up the conversation about mental health and creating lasting change in the way mental health is talked about, cared for, and valued in the United States. Active Minds has a presence and makes an impact in more than 1,000 communities nationwide!
